Privacy Policy

  1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

“Audio Recording” (or “Voice Data”) — a digital recording of a voice uploaded by the User to the Site for cognitive-acoustic analysis. If the User uploads a video file (multi-channel media file), “Audio Recording” refers exclusively to the audio track extracted from it. The Website does not process, analyze, or store the visual (video) portion of uploaded files.

"Website (Portal)" — the collection of files hosted online, united by the domain name space PRAVDALIST.AI, the Contractor’s official website at the addresses https://pravdalist.ai, https://www.pravdalist.ai, https://private.pravdalist.ai.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy describes how Pravdalist.ai (hereinafter “we,” “the Service,” or “the Site”) collects, uses, stores, transfers, and protects users’ personal data.

Pravdalist.ai is a SaaS technology service in the field of Speech Risk Intelligence, cognitive-acoustic analysis, and the generation of analytical conclusions based on media files (audio and video) uploaded by users. When video files are uploaded, the system automatically extracts and analyzes only their audio track.

By using the Site, registering on the Site, logging in via third-party services, uploading audio recordings, paying for services, or otherwise interacting with Pravdalist.ai, the user confirms that they have read this Privacy Policy and accept its terms.

If the user does not agree to the terms of this Policy, they must cease using the Site and its services.

  1. OWNER AND CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA

Pravdalist.ai is the owner and controller of the personal data of the Site’s users.

In certain cases, Pravdalist.ai may engage third parties acting as technical data processors, including hosting providers, payment gateways, DDoS protection services, authorization services, and cloud and computing providers.

Such third parties process data only to the extent necessary to ensure the operation of the Service and are obligated to comply with data privacy and security requirements.

  1. WHAT DATA DOES THE SERVICE COLLECT

When a user uses Pravdalist.ai services, we may collect and process the following categories of data.

4.1. Registration and contact information

This data includes:

  • first and last name;

  • username;

  • password or other authentication data;

  • email address;

  • contact phone number;

  • information provided by the user when filling out registration forms;

  • data provided by the user when contacting support or communicating with the Service.

4.2. Technical Data

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect and process:

  • IP address;

  • cookies;

  • Internet browser parameters and settings;

  • User-Agent data;

  • device type;

  • operating system;

  • interface language;

  • date, time, and duration of use of the Site;

  • data on user actions on the Site;

  • technical logs;

  • data regarding errors, malfunctions, and security incidents.

4.3. Audio data, voice data, and derived analytical data

Since Pravdalist.ai provides audio analysis services, we may collect and process:

  • audio recordings uploaded by the user;

  • voice messages;

  • audio files and speech clips;

  • voice samples;

  • acoustic characteristics of the voice;

  • speech and behavioral parameters extracted from audio recordings;

  • results of cognitive-acoustic analysis;

  • results of analytical algorithms, including the Computational Psychophysiology Engine;

  • derived metrics, assessments, indicators, and probabilistic conclusions;

  • PDF reports, analytical reports, and other results of audio data processing.

Voice and audio data may be considered biometric or sensitive personal data depending on applicable law and the manner in which they are processed.

Pravdalist.ai processes such data for the purpose of providing the user with audio analysis services. Unless otherwise expressly stated, Pravdalist.ai does not use voice data to identify the user or third parties, but uses it for cognitive-acoustic analysis, generating analytical results, and providing a report to the user.

4.4. Data Received Through Third-Party Authorization Services

If the user logs in via third-party authorization services, including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or Apple ID, we may receive and process:

  • the user’s ID in the relevant service;

  • email address;

  • username;

  • public profile;

  • profile picture or avatar, if provided by the authentication service;

  • authorization tokens or technical access tokens;

  • other data that the user has authorized to be transmitted through the relevant service.

Pravdalist.ai does not control the independent processing of data by such third-party services. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple, and other authorization services they use.

4.5. Payment and Transaction Data

If the user pays for Pravdalist.ai services, we may process payment-related data, including:

  • the selected plan or service;

  • payment amount;

  • payment currency;

  • the date and time of the payment;

  • payment status;

  • order ID;

  • transaction ID;

  • payment provider details;

  • masked payment method details, if provided by the payment provider;

  • information about refunds, cancellations, or disputed payments;

  • cryptocurrency transaction IDs;

  • cryptocurrency wallet addresses or identifiers, if necessary for processing a cryptocurrency payment;

  • blockchain transaction hash, if payment is made in cryptocurrency.

Pravdalist.ai does not collect or store full bank card details, including the full card number, CVV/CVC code, or other sensitive payment data.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and processors, including, for example, LiqPay, Plisio, Stripe, or other payment services. These services process payment data independently in accordance with their own privacy policies and security requirements.

  1. VOICE AND BIOMETRIC DATA

Pravdalist.ai expressly states that, as part of providing its services, it may process audio recordings, voice data, speech characteristics, and derived analytical metrics.

Depending on applicable law, such data may be considered biometric, sensitive, or special categories of personal data.

We process voice and audio data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • providing the user with the functionality of the Service;

  • technically processing audio files;

  • extracting acoustic, speech, and cognitive parameters;

  • conducting cognitive-acoustic analysis;

  • generating an analytical report;

  • displaying the results of the analysis to the user;

  • ensuring the security, quality, and proper functioning of the Service;

  • improving algorithms and the quality of the Service using anonymized or aggregated data, if permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Pravdalist.ai does not use voice data for biometric identification, i.e., to establish or confirm the identity of a specific individual. The primary purpose of processing is to analyze the characteristics of the audio recording and draw analytical conclusions within the scope of the service provided.

  1. THIRD-PARTY DATA IN UPLOADED AUDIO RECORDINGS

The user may upload audio recordings that contain the voice, speech, or other personal data of third parties.

By uploading such audio recordings, the user confirms and warrants that:

  • they have the legal right to use and upload the relevant audio recording;

  • they have obtained the necessary consent from all persons whose voices or personal data are contained in the recording, if such consent is required by law;

  • the upload and processing of the recording do not violate the rights to privacy, confidentiality of communications, protection of personal data, intellectual property, or other rights of third parties;

  • they bear full responsibility for the legality of obtaining, storing, transmitting, and uploading such a recording;

  • he assumes responsibility for any claims, complaints, demands, or disputes related to the audio recordings he has uploaded.

With respect to third-party data uploaded by the user, Pravdalist.ai may act as a technical data processor acting on behalf of the user.

Pravdalist.ai is not obligated to verify the legality of every audio recording uploaded by the user and is not liable for any infringement of third-party rights by the user.

  1. DATA WE DO NOT PROCESS UNLESS NECESSARY

Pravdalist.ai does not seek to collect excessive personal data and limits itself to the amount of information necessary to provide the Service, fulfill obligations to the user, ensure security, and comply with legal requirements.

We do not request or process special categories of personal data unrelated to the operation of the Service, unless they are part of an audio recording voluntarily uploaded by the user, such as:

  • data regarding racial or ethnic origin;

  • political views;

  • religious or philosophical beliefs;

  • membership in political parties or trade unions;

  • information regarding criminal convictions;

  • health information;

  • data regarding sexual activity;

  • genetic data.

The user understands that audio recordings, voice data, speech characteristics, and derived analytical indicators may be considered biometric or sensitive data depending on applicable law.

Such data is processed solely in connection with the provision of Pravdalist.ai services and based on the user’s consent or another applicable legal basis.

  1. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA USE

Users’ personal data is used for the following purposes:

  • providing access to the Site and Pravdalist.ai services;

  • user registration and authorization;

  • supporting the operation of the user account;

  • processing uploaded audio recordings;

  • technical preparation of audio files for analysis;

  • conducting cognitive-acoustic analysis;

  • generating analytical results, reports, and PDF documents;

  • displaying analysis results to the user;

  • processing payments and managing subscriptions or plans;

  • checking payment status;

  • providing technical support;

  • communicating with users;

  • sending service notifications;

  • improving the quality of the Website and the Service;

  • analyzing Website usage statistics;

  • ensuring information security;

  • preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;

  • complying with legal requirements;

  • protecting the rights and legitimate interests of Pravdalist.ai;

  • fulfilling contractual obligations to the user;

  • developing and improving the Service’s algorithms using anonymized or aggregated data, where permitted by law.

  1. Legal Grounds for Data Processing

The processing of personal data may be carried out on the following legal grounds:

  • the user’s consent;

  • the necessity of processing to provide the Service to the user;

  • fulfillment of contractual obligations;

  • compliance with legal requirements;

  • protection of the rights and legitimate interests of Pravdalist.ai;

  • prevention of fraud and ensuring security;

  • Pravdalist.ai’s legitimate interest, provided it does not infringe upon the user’s rights and freedoms;

  • other grounds provided for by applicable law.

For users from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

For users in California, USA, the processing of personal data may be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the CCPA/CPRA, if such regulations apply.

  1. INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE LAW

Pravdalist.ai strives to comply with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • The Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” if applicable;

  • The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if applicable;

  • applicable UK data protection laws, if applicable;

  • The CCPA/CPRA for users in California, USA, if such laws apply;

  • other applicable laws and regulations in the field of personal data protection.

If specific provisions of this Policy provide the user with a higher level of protection than the minimum required by applicable law, such more protective provisions shall apply.

  1. PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing and storage of personal data is carried out using the technical infrastructure necessary for the operation of Pravdalist.ai.

Data may be stored and processed:

  • on Pravdalist.ai servers;

  • in data centers;

  • with hosting providers;

  • with cloud providers;

  • by computing power providers;

  • in technical monitoring, security, and backup systems.

Software tools for audio processing and analysis may be used to process audio files, including tools for conversion, normalization, parameter extraction, and computational processing of audio signals.

The retention period for personal data does not exceed the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, contractual obligations, the need to resolve disputes, or to protect the rights of Pravdalist.ai.

  1. RETENTION PERIOD FOR AUDIO RECORDINGS AND ANALYSIS RESULTS

Audio recordings, voice data, and analysis results are stored for the period necessary to:

  • providing the user with the relevant service;

  • generating and displaying a report;

  • ensuring the user’s access to the analysis results;

  • fulfilling contractual obligations;

  • processing support requests;

  • resolving disputes;

  • preventing abuse;

  • complying with legal requirements.

Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, the data may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.

De-identified and aggregated data may be used for statistics, improving the quality of the Service, testing, and developing algorithms, provided that such use does not allow for the identification of a specific user or third party.

  1. USE OF COOKIES

Cookies are text files containing a small amount of information that are transmitted to the web browser and stored on the user’s device.

Pravdalist.ai may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • ensuring the proper functioning of the Site;

  • user authentication;

  • saving user settings;

  • ensuring security;

  • to prevent fraud;

  • analyzing the technical performance of the Site;

  • improving the quality of the Service;

  • providing relevant content and interface.

Cookies can be:

  • session cookies — stored only until the browser is closed;

  • persistent — stored on the user’s device until deleted or expired;

  • first-party — set directly by Pravdalist.ai;

  • third-party — set by technical partners if necessary for the Service to function.

Users can change their cookie settings in their browser. Disabling cookies may result in limited access to certain features of the Site or cause the Service to function improperly.

  1. THIRD PARTIES AND TECHNICAL PARTNERS

To ensure the operation of the Service, Pravdalist.ai may use the services of third parties and technical partners, including:

  • hosting providers;

  • data centers;

  • cloud providers;

  • computing power providers;

  • DDoS protection, routing, and network security services, including Cloudflare or similar services;

  • authentication services, including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, and similar providers;

  • payment gateways and payment processors, including LiqPay, Plisio, Stripe, and similar services;

  • technical monitoring and logging services;

  • backup services;

  • Website analytics services;

  • contractors and consultants involved in the support, security, and development of the Service.

Such third parties may access personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their functions.

Pravdalist.ai does not sell users’ personal data to third parties.

  1. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

Payment for Pravdalist.ai services may be made through third-party payment services, bank gateways, payment aggregators, or cryptocurrency processors.

When making a payment, the user may be redirected to the payment provider’s page or interact with a payment form provided by such a provider.

Pravdalist.ai does not store users’ full credit card details.

Payment providers may independently collect and process users’ payment data in accordance with their own rules, privacy policies, and legal requirements.

Pravdalist.ai may receive technical information from payment providers necessary to confirm payments, activate subscription plans, maintain records, process refunds, and resolve disputes.

  1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Pravdalist.ai may transfer or disclose personal data to third parties in the following cases:

  • if necessary to provide the Service;

  • if the data is transferred to technical processors and partners;

  • if necessary for payment processing;

  • if required to authenticate the user through a third-party service;

  • if the user has consented to such transfer;

  • if the transfer is required by law;

  • if the transfer is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Pravdalist.ai;

When transferring data internationally, Pravdalist.ai takes reasonable measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection in accordance with applicable law.

For users from the European Economic Area, international transfers of personal data are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, including the use of appropriate legal mechanisms for data transfer, if required by law.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pravdalist.ai takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect users’ personal data from:

  • unauthorized access;

  • misuse;

  • alteration;

  • destruction;

  • loss;

  • disclosure;

  • distribution without legal grounds;

  • other unlawful actions.

Such measures may include:

  • restricting access to data;

  • use of secure data transmission channels;

  • technical monitoring of systems;

  • access control;

  • logging security events;

  • backup;

  • protection against network attacks;

  • use of infrastructure security services;

  • internal data processing procedures.

The user understands that no method of transmitting data over the Internet or storing data can be completely secure.

  1. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Service is intended for users who have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority established by the laws of the user’s country of residence.

By using Pravdalist.ai, the user confirms that:

  • they are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority under the laws of their country;

  • they have the legal capacity to accept the terms of this Policy;

  • they do not upload audio recordings containing the voices of minors unless they have a legal basis for such processing;

  • He does not use the Service to unlawfully process the personal, voice, or biometric data of minors.

If Pravdalist.ai becomes aware that a minor’s data has been processed without a proper legal basis, such data may be deleted, and the user’s access to the Service may be restricted or terminated.

  1. USER RIGHTS

The user has the rights provided for by applicable data protection laws, including the right to:

  • to receive information about what personal data is being processed;

  • to access their personal data;

  • to request the correction of inaccurate or outdated data;

  • to request the deletion of data if there are legal grounds for doing so;

  • withdraw consent to the processing of data;

  • restrict data processing in cases provided for by law;

  • object to the processing of data;

  • receive a copy of the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, if such a right applies;

  • file complaints with the competent authorities or a court.

For users in the European Union, these rights may include those provided for under the GDPR.

For users in California, these rights may include those provided by the CCPA/CPRA, if applicable.

  1. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

The user has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.

Withdrawal of consent may result in the inability to continue using certain features of the Service if the processing of the relevant data is necessary for the provision of the service.

In particular, withdrawing consent to the processing of audio recordings, voice, or biometric data may make it impossible to use cognitive-acoustic analysis features.

Upon receiving the withdrawal of consent, Pravdalist.ai ceases processing the relevant data, except in cases where further processing is required or permitted by law, necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or protect the rights of Pravdalist.ai.

  1. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.

By clicking on such links, the user leaves the Pravdalist.ai environment. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites and services.

Users are advised to review the privacy policies of the relevant third-party services before providing them with personal data.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE USER’S ACTIONS

The user is solely responsible for the data, materials, and audio recordings that they upload to the Site.

Pravdalist.ai is not liable for:

  • the user’s illegal recording of conversations;

  • uploading audio recordings without the consent of the individuals whose voices are contained in the recording;

  • the user’s violation of personal data protection laws;

  • the user’s violation of the secrecy of communications or the right to privacy;

  • a user’s violation of third-party rights;

  • provision of inaccurate data by the user;

  • the user’s use of analysis results for illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or improper purposes.

The user agrees to independently resolve all claims by third parties related to audio recordings or other data uploaded by the user.

  1. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Pravdalist.ai may make changes to this Privacy Policy, including in the event of:

  • changes in legislation;

  • changes to the Service’s functionality;

  • changes in the types of data processed;

  • changes to technical partners or infrastructure;

  • the introduction of new payment methods;

  • changes in the procedure for processing audio data or analytical results.

Users are advised to periodically review the current version of this Policy.

Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes the user’s consent to the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
