How are personal account balances and fund tracking managed?

The Pravdalist.ai platform is an international cloud-based service (SaaS). To ensure stable settlements, protect the balance from fluctuations in local exchange rates, and fully comply with international financial reporting standards, the system uses a dual-accounting model.

In your personal account, your balance is divided into two independent accounts: the Main (Cash) Account and the Bonus (Credit) Account.

1. Main Account (Top-up Balance)

This account holds the funds you have physically deposited to pay for the platform’s services.

Accounting currency: Management accounting and the balance of this account are maintained in U.S. dollars (USD).
How payment works: You can top up your account in any convenient currency available through the payment service (including the Ukrainian hryvnia UAH, the euro EUR, etc.), or using cryptocurrency (USDT). At the time of payment, the payment gateway automatically converts the deposited amount into USD, and it is credited to your Main Account.
Refunds: Funds in the Main Account are your real money. If we are unable to provide a service or if you close your account, the remaining balance in this account can be refunded to you upon request to customer support (in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer).

2. Bonus Account (Credits / CR)

This account holds non-monetary units credited by the platform as part of marketing programs, referral rewards, or as compensation when audio files cannot be processed for any reason.

Unit of account: Records are kept in internal points—Credits (CR). 1 Credit is internally equivalent to 1 USD but is not a monetary instrument.

Legal Status of Bonuses: Credits are internal technical tokens of the platform. They have no cash or non-cash monetary value, do not constitute user income, and cannot be cashed out, refunded, or withdrawn from the system. They can be used exclusively within the platform to pay for audio file analysis.

How does the 10% fixed bonus work?

We value our customers and fully compensate, in whole or in part, for the costs of external payment systems and blockchain networks.

With every balance top-up, Pravdalist.ai credits an additional 10% of the payment amount to your Bonus Account.

Example: You top up your account with $100. $100 (or the equivalent in hryvnia/cryptocurrency) is credited to your Main Account, and the system instantly awards you 10.00 CR (Credits) to your Bonus Account.

When initiating audio file analysis, the system always deducts Bonus Credits first, and only after they are exhausted does it use funds from the Main Cash Account. This allows you to use the platform’s services with the maximum discount and protects the Customer’s balance from associated bank fees.

Transaction transparency in billing history

The system automatically distinguishes between real assets ($) and internal technical bonuses (CR). In your personal account, under the "Transaction History" tab, you can always view the exact chronology of transactions without hidden fees or rounding:

+$100.00 — Main Balance Top-up

+10.00 CR — 10% bonus credited to the Bonus Account

-5.00 CR — Deduction from the Bonus Account for successful audio file analysis

+$5.00 — Refund to the Main Account (in case the file could not be processed for technical reasons, and the Bonus Balance had already been exhausted)

This accounting model ensures the accuracy of financial statements, full transparency of expenses for the user, and strict compliance with legal requirements.
