Referral Program Rules
1. Referral link
Every registered user can obtain a personal referral link in their account on the Referral Program page.
The user who owns the referral link is referred to below as the referrer. A new user who registers through this link is referred to as the referred user.
2. Registration of referred users
When a new user registers through a personal referral link, that user is attributed to the corresponding referrer.
The number of referred users who have successfully registered through the referral link is displayed in the referrer’s account on the Referral Program page.
The registration of the same user may be counted in the referral program only once.
3. Referral reward accrual
A cash referral reward is credited to the referrer when a referred user pays for audio-recording processing with real funds using one of the following methods:
- by bank card or another available payment method;
- from the user’s main account.
If the audio-processing fee is paid partly from the bonus account and partly with real funds, the referral reward is calculated only from the amount paid with real funds.
Funds deducted from the bonus account are excluded from the referral reward calculation.
A top-up of the referred user’s account does not by itself qualify for a referral reward. A reward is credited only after the referred user actually pays for audio-recording processing.
The applicable reward rate and reward amount are displayed in the user’s account on the Referral Program page.
4. Referral account
Cash rewards are credited to the referrer’s separate referral account.
The referral account is separate from the main and bonus accounts used to pay for platform services.
The available balance, total earnings, and reward history are displayed in the user’s account on the Referral Program page.
5. Withdrawals
Funds may be withdrawn from the referral account no more than once during the period specified on the Referral Program page in the user’s account.
A new withdrawal request may be submitted only after the required period between requests has ended.
The available payout methods and other withdrawal information are displayed in the user’s account.
6. Minimum withdrawal amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Referral Program page in the user’s account.
A withdrawal request cannot be submitted if the available referral balance is below the specified minimum amount.
7. Referral program duration
The participation of each referred user in the referral program is limited to a specified period.
The duration of this period is displayed next to the referral link in the referrer’s account.
After this period expires, the referred user’s spending will no longer generate new referral rewards for the referrer.
8. Successful audio-processing requirement
A referral reward is credited only if the paid audio recording has been processed successfully.
If the audio recording is not successfully processed for any reason, including a service error, technical failure, or incorrect or invalid input data, no referral reward is credited.
