Audio recordings on the platform are processed in a fully isolated digital circuit. Protection of privacy and confidentiality of user data is the basic engineering priority of the system.

• Elimination human errors. Voice files are fundamentally not listened to by company employees or third parties. The entire analysis pipeline — from speech recognition to the calculation of cognitive biomarkers — is performed exclusively by software in automatic mode.

• Zero Trust Architecture The Proxedes™ Computing Cluster operates under a strict security protocol. The uploaded audio file is encrypted, processed and immediately after generating an interactive report, its life cycle ends.

• Unrecoverable deletion ! The original media files (audio and video recordings) are permanently erased from the server memory immediately upon completion of the calculations. No backups or archives of custom audio recordings are created on the platform.

• Full control over the result The only document that is saved in the system is the final analytical report. It is available only to the author of the request in a secure personal account. The user has the option to manually delete the report from the database permanently at any time.
