What is the accuracy of the analysis and can the results be trusted 100%?
The platform provides high reliability in the detection of acoustic anomalies, which is confirmed by testing on reference databases. However, the detection of ulterior motives and deception is a probabilistic assessment based on the physiology of the voice. The system is a powerful decision support tool, but the results should be used as one of the independent sources of information, not as an absolute truth.
Does the report have legal force in court or upon dismissal of an employee?
Not yet. At this stage, the results of the acoustic analysis are of an information-analytical nature. They are not independent legal evidence in the courts or a formal basis for personnel decisions. It is a tool for objective risk assessment that helps to focus the attention of the security service or the investigator on hidden details.
Does the language people speak affect the quality of analysis?
The platform analyzes physiological acoustic markers (microtremor, vocal tract changes, cognitive load) rather than speech semantics, so the technology is largely versatile. The system is currently fully calibrated for Russian, Ukrainian, English and German. In the near future, we will add optimization for Spanish and French.
Is it safe to upload files? What's going on with my audio recordings?
The company adheres to strict confidentiality standards. Audio files are encrypted during transmission, stored on secure servers for no more than 24 hours for post-analysis, after which they are permanently deleted. Your data is not transferred to third parties and is not used to retrain our neural networks.
What are the technical requirements for audio quality?
The system is equipped with built-in diarization modules, so it automatically recognizes and separates the voices of different speakers even on long recordings. The main requirement is the absence of strong sound distortions, overloads (clipping) and loud background noise that overlaps speech. For maximum accuracy, it is recommended to use records with clear articulation.
How can I make sure that the system will solve my problem before buying an expensive tariff?
The quality of the analysis directly depends on the original audio file. For new users, we recommend starting with a test analysis of a short entry (cost — $3) to assess the format of the report and the depth of the analytics provided. In the event of a failure of the algorithms or a technical error, the funds are returned to the balance automatically.
Are there any restrictions on the duration of uploaded audio files?
The platform is designed to work with large data sets. You can upload both short snippets and long recordings (up to multi-hour audio files lasting more than 180 minutes). Algorithms will automatically process the entire array and segment the speech of different speakers, even if it is a mono-record.
Is it possible to automatically integrate the platform into our systems?
Yes. Provides an API to seamlessly integrate analytics into your internal IT circuits, CRM, contact center platforms, or dedicated security desktops. This allows you to fully automate the process of transferring audio files for verification and obtaining results within your familiar infrastructure.
How does your system differ from a classic polygraph (lie detector)?
The polygraph requires the physical connection of sensors (pulse, breathing, sweating), the consent of the person and the creation of an artificial stressful environment, which often distorts the reactions. Our platform works non-invasively and remotely. This allows analysis to be carried out in vivo or retrospectively (according to old records), when a person does not know about the test, and therefore cannot affect the result.
What audio formats are supported and is studio recording quality mandatory?
Approximately 350 modern formats are supported, including common WAV, mp3, FLAC, etc. Studio quality is not required — algorithms can work with conventional voice recordings, audio tracks from video and recorded calls. The main thing is that the speaker's voice is not completely drowned out by technical defects, extraneous noise or loud music.
Why doesn't the system analyze conversations in real time?
This is due to objective architectural and technological factors. Deep mathematical and vector analysis of acoustic micromarkers requires enormous resources. None of today's existing computing systems has sufficient power to conduct such an analysis "on the fly" without critical simplification of algorithms. Therefore, the platform uses asynchronous post-analysis, which allows you to use all the computing power and ensure that there are no compromises in the accuracy of threat detection.
