Refunds for Recordings with the "Unable to Process" Status

What does this status mean? If you see the "Cannot process" status, it means that the audio recording could not be analyzed due to technical limitations (e.g., critical file corruption, severe noise, or data transmission errors). In this case, the system automatically cancels the charge, and you are guaranteed a full refund for this recording.

The refund process depends on your status on the platform and the payment method you used:

1. If you are a registered user

If you are logged in to the system and have a personal account, you do not need to take any action:

  • The funds are instantly and automatically refunded to your prepaid internal account (profile balance).

  • You can check your balance in your personal account. These funds are available immediately and can be used to pay for the analysis of other records or any Pravdalist.ai platform services in the future.

2. If you made a quick payment without registering

If you submitted a file for analysis without creating a profile, the system will offer you one of the following convenient options:

  • When paying by credit card:

  • Transaction Reversal: If file processing was interrupted immediately, the system will reverse the transaction, and the funds will be released back to your card (the timeframe depends on your bank).

  • Issue a coupon: You can instantly receive a unique digital coupon (special link) for the amount of the failed analysis to use on your next order.

  • Quick registration: You can complete your personal account registration with a single click, and the entire amount will be immediately credited to your internal prepaid account.

  • When paying with cryptocurrency:

  • Please note: Due to the technical characteristics of blockchain networks, direct refunds to the original crypto wallets are not processed.

  • Special link (Coupon): The system will instantly generate a unique one-time coupon for the amount paid. You can apply it to the analysis of any subsequent file.

  • Registration and balance: You can create an account, and the equivalent amount in fiat currency will be credited to your internal account for indefinite storage and future payments.
